Embattled former Governor of Bayesla State, Timpreye Sylva turned himself in to the Economic and Financial Crimes (EFCC) today and was charged on six counts of fraud at the Federal High Court Abuja .
The court ruled that Mr. Sylva be remanded in EFCC custody till Thursday when the bail application will be heard .
