Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo has described his experience of playing at the FIFA World Cup in Brazil as memorable.
The Chelsea defender was one of the shining lights of Nigeria's campaign at the Mundial but one of the Super Eagles players that didn't fly back to Nigeria from Brazil. He went straight to his London club to join in its pre-season schedule.
The player expressed his feelings on his official Instagram page while responding to questions from fans.
"It was an amazing experience," Omeruo said when one of them asked him to assess the experience as a whole.
The defender, who was loaned out to Middlesborough last season, is set to stake a claim in the heart of Chelsea's defence this season after the club announced they have ended his loan spell. They also increased his wages ahead of the forthcoming season.
