Lawyer Detained By EFCC For Fraud Wins APC House Of Rep Primary Seat In Isoko Federal Constituency of Delta State

A lawyer nabbed last week by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for fraud has won the All Progressives Congress of House of Representatives primary election in Isoko Federal Constituency of Delta State.

Daniel Oyowe rode into the election venue in Ozoro accompanied by police officers and plain cloth security officials, after arriving the venue of the election, Oyowe fully participated in the primaries and defeated US-based college professor and lawyer, Ogaga Ifowodo.

Mr. Ifowodo confirmed to SaharaReporters that Oyowe defeated him with a wide margin.

 An EFCC source told aharaReporters that Oyowe was released on Friday and asked to report bacl to Lagos on Monday.
