Ondo State deputy governor, Alhaji Alli Olanusi has defected from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to All Progressives Congress (APC). The deputy governor announced his defection in Akure early this morning. A few minutes after he defected, Olanusi failed to attend a state executive meeting scheduled by the governor, Olusegun Mimiko.

Sources told SaharaReporters that Alhaji Olanusi is heading to Lagos to make a formal announcement later today.
