Mr. Faleke, who was the running mate to the late Abubakar Audu in the governorship election of November 21, 2015, had appealed the decision of the Appeal Court, which upheld the election of Mr. Bello.
Ahead of tomorrow's judgment the police in the State have banned all forms of protest and jubilation to forestall possible breakdown of law and order.
The trio of Bello, Faleke and Wada has expressed confidence of victory in the judgment.
