Nine Killed At Senator Andy Uba’s Tank Farm Explosion In Calabar

A fire outbreak in an oil tank farm owned by controversial Nigerian Senator Andy Uba in Calabar has killed at least 9 people according to the Cross River police commissioner of police, Hafiz Inuwa.

Linc Oil and Gas  tank farm exploded early morning on Sunday according state emergency officials. The inferno quickly grew engulfing the  entire facility.

 Linc Oil and gas tank farm is solely owned by Senator Uba a controversial politician involved in massive corruption during his time as the Senior Domestic aide to former President Olusegun Obasanjo. SaharaReporters obtained Mr. Uba’s latest assets declaration form where he stated that he obtained a bank loan to set up the tank farm from defunct Enterprise bank in 2013, this claim could not be verified.
