Kemi Adeoun, Minister of Finance, and Tunde Bakare, Senior Pastor of the Latter Rain Assembly, are currently in a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the presidential villa in Abuja.

Bakare arrived the villa shortly after half past 2pm with Adeosun, who has been in the spotlight lately for forging a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) exemption certificate — an alleged crime for which the National Assembly has been blackmailing into releasing billions of naira.

Section 463 of the Criminal Code provides for three years in prison or forgery, while Sections 362 to 364 of the Penal Code prescribe 14 years in prison with option of fine or both for the alleged offence.

Buhari has been silent on the matter since it first broke out exactly one week ago.
