Mr Daura has been directed to hand over to the most senior officer of the State Security Service till further notice
Acting President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, has terminated the appointment of Lawal Daura, Director General of the Department of State Services (DSS).
Senior Special Assistant (Media and Publicity) to the Vice-President, Laolu Akande, revealed this in a Tweet via his handle, @akandeoj.
The tweet read: "Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has directed the termination of the appointment of the DG of the DSS, Mr Lawal Musa Daura. Mr Daura has been directed to hand over to the most senior officer of the State Security Service till further notice."
