The suspects, Isa Ibrahim, 55, Mohammed Abubakar, 45, and Ahmed Suleiman, 22, were arraigned before a Magistrate Court in Yola on Thursday.
The Adamawa State Police Command have charged a three-man gang to court for raping and impregnating a 13-year-old girl in the state.
Spokesperson for the command, Suleiman Nguroje, confirmed to SaharaReporters on Thursday that the gang was arrested in Ganye town where the crime was committed.
The suspects, Isa Ibrahim, 55, Mohammed Abubakar, 45, and Ahmed Suleiman, 22, were arraigned before a Magistrate Court in Yola on Thursday.
Nguroje said that the minor, who was impregnated following the gang rape, was currently receiving medical attention.
He said, "The suspects were charged to court this morning for raping and impregnating a minor in Ganye town."
