Nigerian Resident Doctors Suspend Strike Action

The doctors are agitating for more welfare package from government in light of agreement reached in the past.

After days of strike action, the National Association of Resident Doctors has called off the decision with effect from Monday, June 22, 2020.

The announcement was made through a communique read to journalists by Dr Aliyu Sokomba, President of the group, on Sunday in Abuja after its National Executive Council meeting.
