The APM at the pre-hearing session on Tuesday informed the tribunal that they filed a pre-hearing information sheet TF 008, and adopted the answers therein.

The “President-elect”, Bola Tinubu, has asked the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja to dismiss the petition filed by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) for lack of merit.
The APM at the pre-hearing session on Tuesday informed the tribunal that they filed a pre-hearing information sheet TF 008, and adopted the answers therein.
But Channels TV reports that counsel to Tinubu, Akin Olujimi, told the tribunal that Tinubu's response contained a prayer seeking the tribunal to dismiss the opposition party’s petition over claims of tit lacking merit.
The APM is challenging the victory of Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress in the February 25 presidential election.
The suit has the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), APC, Tinubu and his Vice, Senator Kashim Shettima as well as Kabiru Masari, as respondents.
At the Tuesday pre-hearing, the Chairman of the tribunal, Justice Haruna Tsamani, asked parties to draw out the issues for determination and ordered that parties should consider the documents they are objecting to and the ones they are not.
But the respondents told the court that they have filed their various answers to the questions in the petition, and the tribunal adjourned pre-hearing till Thursday May 11.
