MohBad’s Death: Lagos Coroner Court Summons Music Stars, Naira Marley, Sam Larry, Primeboy

The coroner court sitting in Lagos State has summoned music stars, Abdulazeez Fashola, a.k.a. Naira Marley, Samson Balogun a.k.a. Sam Larry, and Owodunni Ibrahim a.k.a Primeboy over the death of Ilerioluwa Aloba a.k.a. Mohbad.

In an ongoing inquest to determine the cause of death of Mohbad, the Coroner Magistrate, Adedayo Shotobi, has summoned music stars to appear before the court on October 25. The purpose of their appearance is to shed light on the incident and identify any individuals responsible for the tragic event.

The coroner instructed the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Panti, to ensure the presence of the music stars at the next adjourned date of October 25.

The Coroner’s Court has the duty of investigating the causes and circumstances surrounding certain deaths that are considered to be unnatural, violent, or cases where the cause remains unknown.

Mohbad died on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. Following his death, there have been allegations that he was assaulted by Naira Marley and his crew.

In a viral video, Mohbad’s mother said her son had no rest from the moment singer and rapper, Naira Marley, came into his life.

Naira Marley is the owner of Marlian Music, the record label that formerly signed the late Mohbad.
