Davido Responds To Dammy Krane’s Debt Allegations, Says ‘I Gifted You 3 Verses Worth $450,000, Accommodated You When You Were Homeless In US’

According to Davido, Krane never paid him rent when he (Davido) accommodated him in Atlanta, USA.

Nigerian music star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has reacted to his colleague, Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel, popularly known as Dammy Krane’s accusation that he (Davido) owes him money and is reluctant to settle the debt.

 

SaharaReporters had reported that Dammy Krane took to his X (formerly Twitter) to make the allegation and appealed to Davido to pay the money for the sake of his (Krane) little daughter whose school fees had to be paid, among other needs. 

 

Dammy Krane in a post shared on Monday, wrote, “I know it is hard for Rich people to pay debts but #davido if not for my sake Blooda, Pay me my money at least because of my daughter’s sake (your niece if at all) school fees no easy for Naija now o, na everybody dey try secure their future. Na money we want no be wahala o."


Reacting to Dammy Krane’s allegation, Davido on Friday took to his X handle to say that he never got paid by Dammy Krane, adding that he gifted the singer three verses of his song and never received his royalties from Krane.

According to Davido, Krane never paid him rent when he (Davido) accommodated him in Atlanta, USA.

 

Davido further said that the three verses of the song he gifted Dammy Krane were currently worth $150,000 each, making it a total of $450,000.  

 

Davido wrote, “I never got paid for that also my 3 verses I’ve gifted you all your dead careeer … .. oh yea plus my royalties, we charge now so that’s about $150k x3 a verse.. also house rent and food when when u stayed in my house in Atlanta when you were homeless.”
