"As I watched, the tanker exploded, sending massive flames everywhere," an eyewitness recounted. "The fire is still raging, but amazingly, no firefighters have arrived yet."
Abubakar Sadiq Aliyu, the spokesman for the state police command, did not answer his calls or reply to a text message sent to him for an update.
