Binance, Tigran Gambaryan, a U.S. citizen and head of financial crime and Nadeem Anjarwalla, a British Kenyan, are facing trial for laundering more than $35 million. The suit which was filed by Nigeria's anti-graft agency, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), was supposed to resume today (Thursday), May 2.

This was revealed by his close allies and commissioners in Kogi State in their chats in a WhatsApp group named, “Only Ododo 4 Const” which were leaked to SaharaReporters on Thursday morning.

The Nation Newspaper reports that the out-of-court settlement was disclosed when the proceedings resumed on Thursday.

This was confirmed by the family’s lawyer, Mr Adesina Ogunlana in a video he posted on Facebook on Wednesday titled, 'Latest On The Mountain Of Fire And Miracles Ministry (MFM) Vs The Ayotunde Richards Family.'

Dr. Sanni Bil-hissan who spoke on behalf of the University confirmed the incident to SaharaReporters on Wednesday.

The lawyer accused Richards of sundry acts of cyberbullying and libelling Olukoya.

Umahi said this during a stakeholders meeting held in Lagos State on Wednesday.

Shamaki, who said he is in the terrorists’ custody with over 600 others, appealed to the Emir of Zamfara and the government authorities to have compassion on them and rescue them from captivity.
